- Introduction to fMRI data formats, volume & surface visualization, and anatomy registration
- fMRI registration, distortion correction, and resampling in volume and to surfaces
- fMRI noise removal, temporal filtering and masking
- Overview of the quality control techniques
- How to perform simple statistical analysis
